Conference Registration does not include hotel booking.

ASAP has secured a discounted rate of $325.00+ per night. This rate is available until the block is sold out or the cutoff date of Monday, October 21, 2024.

Colonnade Cancellation Policy
Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to 3:00pm the day before the attendee's scheduled arrival date.

Hotel Parking
Hotel parking is on a first-come first-serve basis and is currently priced at $25.00 for the day and $65.00 per vehicle for overnight parking.

Additional parking is available at the Prudential Center Garage across the street from the hotel.
