All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 25th, 2023. A refund of the registration fee, minus the administrative fee noted below, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted after September 25th, 2023. Submit all requests for registration cancellations via email to Diane Lemkin at email@example.com. ASAP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. Substitutions may be arranged by contacting Diane Lemkin at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not an ASAP Member, they will need to pay the difference in the registration rate.
