CANCELLATION POLICY

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by August 13, 2018. A refund of the registration fee, minus the administrative fee noted below, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted after August 13, 2018. Submit all requests to ASAP Registration via email to Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org. ASAP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).
