The knowledge exchange in this interactive professional development workshop will review key alliance concepts and then move to a case scenario analysis strengthened by robust group discussion. Each segment will then conclude with a summary of key takeaways. In addition, this workshop will support the necessary foundation of concepts, principals, and proven best practices that can be rapidly applied into daily activities to improve results and needed to be a credible and effective partner.

Workshop Bundle includes: participation in full day in-person workshop, a hard copy of The ASAP Handbook of Alliance Management: A Practitioner's Guide. Also included in the workshop fee is the online exam. The CA-AM prep workshop is a requirement for becoming certified.
About the Facilitator
