Samuel heads the Global Alliance Management group at Sarepta Therapeutics, the leader in precision genetic medicine for rare diseases including Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and other CNS-related disorders. The Company's programs and research focus span several therapeutic modalities, including RNA, gene therapy and gene editing. Samuel spearheads the successful progression of Sarepta's numerous strategic collaborations, driving partnerships that establish a foundation for future growth.

Demonstrated success with over 15 years of industry experience managing external relationships with Pharma/Biotechs, Academia and CRO/CMOs, Samuel's expertise lies in promoting cross-functional synergy to implement positive changes and comprehensive business approaches that lead to enhanced profitability while maintaining a strong patient focus.

Samuel earned his MBA at Drexel University and his BA in International Sales and Marketing at the Ecole National de Commerce, Paris, France. Samuel has both personal and professional experience with diverse international cultures. He is fluent in English and French and is proficient in German.

Louis Rinfret, PhD

Louis Rinfret is the founder and CEO of allianceboard.As a software product manager working in collaboration with partners, he became fascinated with the promise of alliances and at the same time intrigued by the challenges they present.To satisfy his curiosity, he went to complete a PhD in Strategy at Lancaster University (UK) where he wrote a thesis on the performance of strategic alliances.

Louis has two decades of experience in the software industry moving from technical roles to product management to leading business units and strategy for organizations ranging from start-ups and research institutes to multi-nationals such as SAP Business Objects and Expedia CruiseShipCenters.Combining his passions for technology and alliance management Louis is on a mission to empower alliance managers to succeed with their strategic alliances.

He has been active in managing, teaching about and researching strategic alliances for the past 15 years and a member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP) since 2005.Louis is an avid trail runner and when he is not at his desk you will probably find him training for the next race with his wife and two daughters.
